The Massey Legacy two-volume set is the first comprehensive review of the broad range of products manufactured or marketed by Massey Ferguson and its predecessor companies from 1847.
Volume Two covers a wide range of harvesting equipment as well as other equipment under the headings of general farm; industrial tractors and equipment; household and farmyard; landscape, garden and forestry tractors and equipment. It also includes stationary engines, memorabilia, a feature on M-H in wartime, present trends and serial number, model and engine data.
The companion Volume One includes a wide survey of agricultural tractors and also: a chronology of company development and key people in it; company and product promotion; cultivation; planting and general field equipment; price lists and sales data.
Together, the two volumes present a vast amount of detailed information, including over 1200 photographs, drawing extensively on archive material from the Farm Museum, Ontario, and more recent material from MF manufacturers' data.
